After some members indicated that adding a backlink to the system can be a real pain in the ass (PITA), I decided to start recoding that page from scratch. I actually agree with the PITA statements (or words that mean the same thing) because it's a PITA for me and I'm the guy who designed the system.

When you're linking from site to site, even if it is from page to page, it can be very easy to accidentally link to the post that was linked to yours. It can happen even easier if your niche is the same as someone else's niche. It's something you need to be aware of and try to avoid since reciprocal links are weighted lighter than one-way links.
